With the high lifespan of our flooring our surveyors first port of call for new and existing installation is inspection and survey, from this we can advise on H&S issues, expected lifespan, maintenance recommendations and repair requirements along with substrate soundness and Asbestos content. All of which is presented in a condition survey for the users to incorporate into their future lifecycle and regeneration programmes.
