Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to help grow our market presence across our Industrial Flooring solutions (Veitchiguard and Veitchiflor). Further opportunities will exist to assist with framework contracts, and raised access flooring (data centres and small works)

This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales and business development, preferably in construction, who is eager to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive lead generation through a mix of traditional and digital marketing strategies.

Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

Salary/Hourly Rate: Competitive + Bonus

Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in industrial flooring sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while re-engaging previous leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, delivery, and lead generation.
Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, LinkedIn outreach, PPC, and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
Track and report on sales performance, adapting strategies as needed.


Knowledge, Experience & Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (construction industry experience preferred).
Strong ability to identify new leads and close deals.
Comfortable with both traditional sales techniques and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Based in Glasgow with flexibility for occasional travel.
