James began his Veitchi journey in March 2024 and is currently in his 2nd year at college. He has quickly made an impact, showing exceptional commitment and growth. James is outgoing, hardworking, and forward-thinking – always reliable and keen to learn new skills.
Ellis Ferguson – Richardson & Starling, Apprentice of the Year 2025
Ellis is a 3rd Year Joiner who joined R&S during his apprenticeship and has been with the company for just over a year. In that time, he’s worked across site and domestic projects and shown great leadership within our Trade School, guiding first-year apprentices. Ellis is ambitious and keen to move into contract management in the future.
